Several days ago I asked if they planned any release about the "current situation" there.

"We don’t plan on a release at this time. As best we can determine at this time, the issue is specific to Eldorado and has been a long standing dispute. As we understand it, if Eldorado losses the appeal, they will be required to file a new EIA. In theory, this does not mean a permanent shutdown nor reflect on the overall mining sector in Turkey.

Our EIA continues through the review/approval process and we have not received any legal challenges at this time. We continue to work closely with SRK (our EIA consultants) and our local legal firm to ensure we produce the best EIA document possible and that it is as “bullet proof” as we can make it. If we encounter a material event (positive or negative), we’ll announce that information. Otherwise, we are best to let Eldorado make the commentary on their issue. Also note that the TSX monitors stock activity; even with the big drop yesterday they did not call us to ask why we dropped or request us to provide clarity to the market."

Sooo --- guess their good news just came at a bad time !! --- We all know their future is bright.
