My last visit to India was 2 years ago. Its a very different country to the country I was born and lived in. Infrastructure is hard to build for a population of 1B, and takes decades to build. The British built a workable rail system and a postal system over 400 years.

In terms of one of the real challenges we all face is to see foreign policy from multiple perspectives,

I believe most Americans look at it from just a US perspective, and dont spend thought on the other parties perspective - it takes 2 to Tango.
