A lot of food? You really think so? A lot of fruit, yes. Too much fruit, probably. But that's because it is still berry season. I didn't think about the total while posting, because I kept remembering things, but I doubt it adds up to an excessive amount of calories.

True, the chicken was a mildly large serving, probably a breast and a thigh.
½ cups each of rice & black beans
The garden salad wasn't huge, maybe 1-1½ cups
As I dip the fork in the dressing, not pour the dressing over the salad, I do know that the amount I use doesn't usually exceed a tablespoon (at most).
about a dozen tortilla strips
1 pupusa - plain
Out of the 6 oz. can of tuna, I probably got 4 and the two cats one each.
2 cups of bran flakes aren't big calorie-wise, either.
12 oz. of lemonade and 14 oz of grape juice.
The two slices of whole wheat were probably the second biggest caloric intake of the day from a single source.

Looking back on it all, I thought it seemed pretty unremarkable (except the chicken).
