Public companies often have subsidiaries with similar names, often for business in other states. This may not be significant. They file for tax and reporting purposes as one entity anyway.

The loss is as accounting thing and not as important as cash flow at this stage. Do they, or WILL they, have the cash flow to stay in business without significant continuing dilution going forward? To me, that's the key question.

Per my prior post, it looks like management loaded up with freebies. That's done and I think it sucks. However, one could look at the r/s and say that perhaps they now have their interests lined up with shareholders in that now they have their freebies, perhaps, they will stop the dilution and will have a motivation to have the shares run higher.

That's speculation on my part and also wishful thinking so take it with a grain of salt. The history sucks, plain and simple and they can't be trusted to be "shareholder friendly." Given that, only those who bottom fish and are willing to take a big risk on a speculative play should apply here.

An earlier post of mine detailed r/s's that did well, especially FRPT and 1/7 is on the low end, not your typical 1/10,000 typical in developmental diluters.

Good luck all longs.
