Blush. <g> Actually, I have a habit of eating before going to bed, which they say is bad for you. It's at that time I get the munchies for snacks like the p-chips I had the other night. It's a hard habit to break. I guess I am hungry this time of night because I tend to be a night person.

Today -
Breakfast: one and a half scoops of whey protein in water. One cup of old fashioned oats mixed with one large banana pieces and 1 teaspoon of raw sugar topping.

lunch: reheated the other veggie hoagie (sub) with provolone and hot peppers I had delivered last night.

dinner: 2 oz. salad with lettuce onion cherry tomatoes. small chocolate cake slice. Lemon wintergreen tea (loose) with about a teaspoon of clover honey. I get that here: republicoftea.resultspage.com

right now: one can of organic minestrone with pasta (Wolfgang Puck brand). Two slices pumpernickel and rye swirl toast - dry.

About 6 glasses of water throughout - one with lemon juice.
