Sounds pretty healthy.....

Looks like most on this thread eat healthy with alittle oomph on the side and that is okay. It is very difficult to balance your day and I am guilty of a snack or two or a breakfast scone or muffin made with too much butter and the like. I think as long as you eat enough servings of fruit/vegetables, fiber & whole grains, and plenty of water you are doing your body a service. However, that is half of the equation. Daily exercise and vitamins or supplements are suggested.

I dont eat much red meat. I stay with chicken, fish, and like the leafy greens.
