I think if I was eating like I did ten or fifteen years ago, I'd be too ashamed to post here.

e.g.,
breakfast: 4 cups coffee - half and half, sugar. Maybe a banana or instant oatmeal.
lunch: quarter pounder with cheese and pickles, small fries, large diet coke.
afternoon - more coffee.
dinner: TV dinner or a regular half decent meal.
evening: chips, coffee.
late night: two slices pizza (stouffers french bread or reheated pizzeria slices). potato or corn chips or pretzels.

I had a built in red light when it comes to chips. I get canker sores in my mouth that last for 10 days. During that time, I can't eat the chips. The sores go away, and I would go back. They say the craving for salty snacks comes from low blood pressure which I have (approx. 80 over 60). Between the salt and the caffeine, I tried propping it up.

Now, it is just as low, but it doesn't bother me much at all.
