odds are you"re right

then the question is whether or not they have the business potential to support the new shares

so far it"s more promise than performance but they could have continued that road without the reverse

doubt they will have much of an audience here because as you indicate not many will put new money in

so they have to convince bigger buck players at the dime level rather than sub penny players

those guys tend to look deeper into business plans so it could get interesting
