If you are eating well, you can eat quite a bit of food.....the trick to leaning out is to always stay hydrated. Releasing fat for energy is a dehydrating process in the body (takes water molecules to break the bonds in fat to create sugars) and your body will fight dehydration more than it will create energy from fat....a survival thing, I guess.

Water is the key ...WATER is the key!!!!

Plus, most people do not recognize the onset of mild dehydration, and instead feel the craving for carbs....

...and now I'm thirsty!!
