I'd heard that someplace too, kumar. When I did, I wondered if the cost of living was as high in India as it is here in the States?

The key is to get a great salary, and find a place that the cost of living is low....

I discovered a trick on our East Coast trip...To find out how expensive a city or town is, find from the Chamber of Commerce the 10 best hotels in the area, then check the parking rates at the hotel....For instance, parking in the nice hotels in DT Boston runs from about $31 to $48 per 24 hours....but just a few miles outside of Boston (Newton and Peabody were places I checked)--parking was free in both....Both places were at Marriott Hotels....

Works slick.
