With oil at $70+ per the west no longer has a lot of leverage with Russia. No. And in fact, Putin is baring his fangs. Apparently, he's looked into Bush's eyes and found his soul wanting. It really worries me because Russia is becoming more and more of a problem but is not getting a lot of attention from the Bush administration.
