Larry, Sorry to have to correct you in Public, but you have this statement in a totally reversed fashion. About 75%-85% of the Frame Relay hardware and service offerings are domestic US. The rest of the world are way behind in service implementation and competition. Frame Relay will happen everywhere else, even with ATM in the wings. As to ISDN, the number of lines per capita in Germany and France (and the UK for that matter) is way beyond that of the US. This is where the US is playing catch up. I have to agree with your final statement, "both still have tremendous growth potential". Personally, my money is on Cascade, they are playing in the ATM arena as well as FR. Also, Cisco seem very interested in them with these rumours of offers that keep coming around.
