Return all illegal settlements, remove the military and all checkpoints from the occupied territories and start returning to the agreed upon 1967 borders. Uhmmmm, you do realize this is exactly what Israel did in Gaza, and yet the people in Gaza continue to fire rockets into Israel? If the above policy failed to bring normal relations between Israel and Gaza, why do you think it should be repeated elsewhere? I'd say at the very least, Israel should attempt to pursue completely normal, peaceful relations with Gaza, and see how that progresses, prior to repeating the withdraw plan elsewhere. If it works in Gaza, sure, great plan, repeat it. If it fails in Gaza, then repeating it in other border regions would be foolish.
