Great! To me they are comfort food. They might not win a contest or anything but they taste so good. A little apple sauce on the side goes well with them besides mashed potatoes.

I am thinking of writing another cookbook called "Almost Leftovers" or something like that. Like that new show on TV, you cook more than you need and the leftovers are planned for another meal. For example, I used the extra meat from the pork chops in a Stir Fry. Totally different taste but cooking was a snap.
