form 5 warrants were converted into form 4 shares. That is your extra 300 million shares. It is in the filings...that was done in early may. Well 280M form 4 shares and 20 million added from s-8 filed on 4/2. I think that s-8 has been mostly used up. Share burn rate has slowed significantly this quarter.
