yes, i believe restricted for 2 years. This 10q actually is much more informative than past q's. They say, for the most part, where shares are going. Loss is signicantly lower this qtr than the past 10 qtrs as well.

Good point made by someone....margins above 60%

628,198/381,339 = 64.7% gross profit margin

The huge Consulting expense number that always shows up was cut by 40%....without that, they are near profitable.
