The Pals should shut up, bend over, and ask Israel if they need any more land for settlements.

If the Pals in the WB looked at Gaza, decided to clean house on Fatah by electing somebody less corrupt (but not related to Hamas in the least), then renounced violence without any conditions on Israel, and set about building a functioning state while not worrying about the annoying presence of the Israeli military, they would in a couple of years have both peace and damn near 100% of the WB territory, and I'd guess, prosperity as well. World opinion, as well as Israeli opinion, would insure this outcome. In fact, I'll stick my neck out a little, and say that if they did it well, they would end up with >100% of the WB territory when including potential swaps, and they'ed get a good deal on the Holy sites as well.

I fully condemn Israel for their past territorial behaviour, but that does not negate the fact that peace, and peace on good terms, is in fact nearly 100% under the control of the Pals. They just don't set about obtaining it.
