They never would have put up the amnesty bill for passage if they'd had a clue about how the electorate felt.

of course, they did; they just didn't give a damn, and thought they were powerful enough to sell the American people out without any personal repercussions.

cheap labor, one world, big biz Republicans. They figure they'll put it through anyway in a couple of years, when we're weaker, distracted, or they have demo in the presidency.

these guys have no allegiance to anything but money and big corporations. It really is Imperial Washington. the entire system is awash in huge dollars. Tens of millions flowing through lobbyists.

Corrupts everything. it's all changed in the last 10, 20 years, the amount of money involved.

our reps are more concerned with the big dollars than us. they need the big dollars to steamroll us in campaign ads.
