It looks like Vick may have an opportunity to audition for the second remake of "The Longest Yard." Jokes aside, animal cruelty is very high on my list of infractions that merit the death penalty.

Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick and three others were indicted Tuesday by a federal grand jury in an investigation into illegal dog fighting.

RICHMOND, Va. - A federal grand jury in Virginia indicted Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick on Tuesday in its investigation of illegal dog fighting.

Vick and three others are charged with violating federal laws against competitive dog fighting, procuring and training pit bulls for it and conducting the enterprise across state lines.
