Tonight another of my wife's recipes. Chicken breasts (on saile at Giant for 99 cents a pound today) marinaded in French dressing.

I cooked it in our convection oven (we have a small, counter-top one we got at Sears many years ago - use it more than the regular oven). Put in a pan rib side down. Some marinade excess left in the bottom of the pan - keep moisture in.

After preheat:

5 minutes cooking and coast 5 minutes and then baste again with French dressing.

Repeat.

Repeat.

2 1/2 minutes cooking.
Baste again with French dressing.

2 1/2 minutes cooking.
Baste again with French dressing.

2 1/2 minutes cooking.
Baste again with French dressing.

2 1/2 minutes cooking. Chicken will be dark brown - some blackened spots possible.

Served over buttered rice with a lettuce, tomato, onion, sprouts salad.

This is an incredibly good recipe! It is so easy and so moist and delicious.
