CIA has to know the importance of not exposing publicly, the missing subprime mortgages backing bonds or hedge funds that were sold to the public for fixed income. Subprime mortgages have the homes(and contents, may even include cars) backing the mortgage, so value is always in existence. Subprime mortgage can be bought from or sold to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. Also some might have FHZ or VA insured values.
