I am in NC and I never see Ribs for any less than $ 3.99 a pound.

Also........Boneless Sirloin Tip is my favorite roast to do in the pressure cooker with garlic cloves..and some beef broth added. I take all the fat off the top a day later and it is so tender it melts in the mouth. I cook for 45 minutes...

We have Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Lowes and Ingles..
