The union needs to adopt a conduct clause that allows teams to cut players in trouble with the law and recover the signing bonus. I know it can be done now but they have to keep his salary and bonus on the books for a year while he goes through the trial. Thats not fair. Maybe a Suspension reserve list that removes their salary from your cap space
