I'm more interested in determining how you think anyone can negotiate with an entity that says "no, we won't negotiate, and we plan to kill you off, too. Just read our pronouncements and watch our suicide bombers."

Israel negotiated at Oslo, at Camp David and with Sadat, all in good faith. Except for Sadat, who was the only one in good faith and was, incidentally, not a Palestinian, all of the negotiations have been scuttled and not by Israel.
