That is excellent news. I hope we can get verification from the various stake holders for this status of the Iraqi security forces. Under these conditions I would fully support strategic withdrawal dates. I don't agree with either the right wing or the left wing on this. I think there should be dates but there should also be developmental goals that must be met by those dates ... then, if goals are not met, we push the dates out as needed with a gradual withdrawal driven by dates and accomplishments.
