Look under any pile of red meat and you will find at least one skewered fact peppered with hyperbole. lol-- for a second I thought I was on the new Food Police thread. It IS sort of funny to think about these fish needing "proper documentation". I decided that the Gores probably had tiny official papers at each place setting. "This fish is in the United States legally." It will become de rigueur for the politically correct hostess to present menus with the provenance of each item. She can add a few educational facts about their numbers and environment.
