:-) Mashed potatoes are a great comfort food. I crave grilled cheese sandwiches when I am upset. My mom always made them for me when I would get home from swimming lessons. Remember all those red cross classes? I had years of that- and I'd come home tired and starving, and my mom would feed me a grilled cheese on wheat bread. When I was recovering from surgery my husband made me one for breakfast every morning.
