RE:As someone posted on this thread, it is very possible that adding new clean room equipment is the thing that hurt speed yields during August/September.

That some one who left that post was me. I definitely believe that the addition of the new equipment would lead to an increase in density defects but after the decontamination they should be able to increase yields over time.
