LOL...I can see it now...next fancy wedding any of us attend, will find a menu of......(ta daaa)... Pizza. And a note card saying, "With Thanks to the Politically Correct Food Police, we have decided to serve the most PC thing available, and even this Pizza is suspect. The mushrooms and cheese didn't have proper documentation, so eat at your own risk. We do however, Thank you for the wedding gift." It will become de rigueur for the politically correct hostess to present menus with the provenance of each item. She can add a few educational facts about their numbers and environment.
