Spoke to Brit sudduth, Henley's IR rep, today. He told me that the warrants (non-trading) issued in their private placement a few years back, which were due to expire at the end of this month, have been extended to either April or December of 1998 (He wasn't sure which??) and the strike price reduced from $7.50 to $5.50. He was very upbeat about the recent Cybex acquisition which he characterized as a "perfect fit" in their growth plan. They are now up to about $35 million in sales WITHOUT THE MICROLITE 830!! I'm telling you all that when that sucker gets FDA approval, this stock is going to blast-off mode and you'll all be wondering, "Why didn't I buy it when it was $5.50?" Dick
