Dear David, I spoke to Elgin Williams tonight from MTLC. The last of the paper work pertaining to the NAFTA filing was sent in Ten days ago. The committie has 90 days to repond. MTLC wants the current plant opened and a setttlement. This would be benefiacal to all. Elgin Williams was upbeat and positive. Their is a new Govonor in power now. The people of this area are demanding a change. Look for the plants to be on line soon. Other plants that are online already are bring in 120 million a piece 30% of the revenues go right to the bttom line. MTLC is going to have at lease four operational. We are sitting on a gold mine just sit back and wait.
