You aren't giving anything away if you do it when you are dead!! Go on, expand it to 100% now, and give it all away, not just a conservation easement. <I at least have given a conservation easement on 60% of my land to the local NA tribe. Sure, you don't call it "giving it away", you call it "putting the Palestinians in charge". Rhodesians put Mugabe in charge of land bought 100s of years ago. And businesses bought 5 years ago. Have a look at what is happening there in the last week. Maybe it's not in your local news. Ask Google. That's what you can expect with Israel being handed over to Hamas. It would NOT be good for the property rights of Jews, nor their longevity. Mqurice
