That salad was so good, Im thinking about a new one. We have endless jicama here in SoCal. So, I'm thinking, why not mix it up with a little nectarine. We have the sweet and crunch. Red onion is always good. Still to sweet. Wow, but here is one of my buds, and he gives me a yellow tail slab. Add this to my salad. Raw and poki style, You have got to have the Thai green curry. I am starting to mix it with my wasabi and soy. God put us on the earth to taste it's pleasures. kurt
