The MM are playing games with EUTO and all penny's for sure!!! They played with OVIS with stock price manipulation, naked shorting, naysayers, and their cry baby lawsuit. I am sure they play with LUNN, CADE, and a lot of others but not to the point of big time manipulation like EUTO and OVIS. I think this decline was caused by day traders freeing up money for bigger plays.
