Good way to be sure about something is to get the FACTS for yourself. Using what I seem to see here that you used was someone else Opinion. Going to the site and seeing it is one way. Another is asking the management that is in question about your concerns. That way you have a base to work from. But I can say that I am sure beyond any 3rd party the station is up, has been up and is pumping out 50kw. The engineer was very willing to answer any and all questions. Your purpose for posting such un-truthful information places your intentions in question IMO. You could go by there or call John H Beebe and ask him to arrange a tour, We did. And he was more than willing to set it up and we met some really nice people there. So far the negative information (Post that question already posted PR's etc) have proven to be unsubstantiated claims. Your alias shows the postings and the Radio Stations are your concern. We have however found that a few "Local" Radio type people have been actively promoting Negative statements in and around the area. Not that its a requirement but may I ask are you a shareholder in PHGI? If so why would you not DD more to find the answers. Why would anyone post a 3rd parties post without substantiating it prior to making a Public post? Do you live in the Andalusia Opp area? tune in to 1560 AM its there. Playing Oldies and classic Rock. Every 15 min they have a station ID run, Its all there.. Hope this would help you.
