In my area, there isn't a lot of inventory being offered. In other more affordable areas, the sellers don't want to sell at the price buyers want to buy. It's a nice stalemate, we'll see who blinks first. If the new rules for mortgages are truly as strict as we're reading, the sellers better blink soon or nobody is going to be doing anything!
