PBLS has 1.75 BILLION shares out there- give or take a tad- and it trades in the .014 area. SFNN only needs about 1.1 billion more shares to catch up with PBLS. THE BIG QUESTION? How much lower could it ever go in comparison with how high it might go? You consider all- and place your bet- or move on to another.
