dont care what Google says : In India and in the US if u own a property, u own it. If u find oil available on your property, the money is yours. It's under threat. Look up the Supreme Court Kelo decision. The Supremes gave a town the right to seize private property under Eminent Domain on the grounds that it was underutilized and hand it to private development. Talk about a loophole for graft that you can drive a truck through!
