Firstly, you never answered my question. Secondly this has already been answered via my first post on the subject. But since you seem to have missed it, I am going to spell out here.

The Chinese immigrants are indigenous to China. That is what "immigrant" means; someone who is indigenous to one location and has relocated to another one. As to their descendants, that is a function of both time and genetics (given that it takes two parents to have a child). If their offspring is with an indigenous person, the the offspring is also indigenous to here. If on the other hand they keep to themselves, then they are not indigenous until several generations have been raised in the country. If you actually look at immigrant communities around the world who never intermarried with the locals, you'll see that it takes several hundred years before they gain enough local characteristics to be considered indigenous to that country.

Now legally, in the US the congress has seen fit that citizenship be awarded to any immigrant who meets some conditions. These are simply rights and privileges that the congress can take away at any time and does not change the reality of who the people are. That an immigrant citizen may not become the President or that Japanese-Americans were held in camps during WWII are implicit acknowledgment that the government does not/did not consider all citizens as indigenous to the land.

Now it is your turn. Where are the Jews indigenous to?
