Looks like this achieves the NOK objective of increasing the cost of phones produced using QCOM ASICS as compared to phones using some other ASICS.

It also provides BRCM with a huge royalty on a couple of patents-- say 6/200 or 3% snd takes some time off of Verizon while the matter is settled by the PREZ and/or the courts.

This is patent troll thievery at its worst and simply must be corrected.
