Current trading has nothing to do with insider sales. Considerable
portion of the stock is held by the company directors,
but little by employees (I have their last annual report). For true
insider, it does not make any sense to sell close to the company's
all time low - they could sell few months ago if they expected bad
news and no recovery.

Just before FSS first e-mail announcement, some 3,500,000 shares
were traded in very big lots - bought by big investors and
institutions. They will not dump it until the stream of positive
news releases is exhausted (at least until the release of annual
report - should be within 2 weeks), or until the price increase to
a level that would justify profit-taking (say $10). Until then, you
are safe - the stock can go down on decreasing volume, as it did
last week, but will recover easily later.
