Have to run, but other 'off-the-top-of-my-head' thoughts regarding the 3% royalty (~$200 asp)...

Q should now consider charging for each individual patent. There is now precedent. Once a contract ends with each manufacturer, supplier, etc., Q then enters into new form of payment.

Also, how many phones does VZ sell per year? 20m, 30m ?? Then $6/phone and a max of $200m lifetime royalty payment is what, 1 1/2 to 2 years? Does that mean the bcom patent would be viewed as to be 'worked around' by then? or that is the life of their patent?
