We've lost habeas? That's news to me. Habeas relief was denied to non-citizens, non-resident aliens. So unless you're one of those, in which case you certainly aren't "we" as in part of the US community, then you haven't lost shit.

And as to this executive order - you have to plan or execute violent acts to destabilize Iraq for it to apply to you. Are you planning acts of violence, or aiding those planning acts of violence, in Iraq?
