Leo, I just ran the numbers you suggested Friday and here are my results: June Quarter Sept Quarter Revenue $45.76M $50M (~10% increase) Product Cost $32.05M $35M (same ratio as last quarter) Research+Dev $4.24M $4.24M (same as last quarter) SG&A $3.46M $3.46M (same as last quarter) Oper. Income $6.01M $7.4M Other Income $1.52M Tax $1.13M $1.11M (assume 15% tax rate) Net Income $6.39M $6.29M Shares Outst 8.92M 10.35M Earn/Share (exclude special gain) 0.57 0.61 If Zack estimate is 0.57, my own estimate here will beat out by 4 cents. I think it would be tough to get to 0.70 unless revenue is larger than 50M for the quarter. An extra 1M in revenue will certainly add a lot to the bottom line... and I certainly hope so.
