Believe it or not, it was serious. Everything is relative. Some companies believe that not going into production and attempting to flip properties to larger companies is NOT pump and dump, and I guess it isn't, but by my standards it can effectively be just that as it is often a faint hope. There is no guarantee that a major will take it. Nobody can safely say if the company drilling a property is not serious, but it is safe to say that Cassidy is probably not development oriented as they do not seem to be drilling towards a a feasible resource directly. They are drilling towards expanding profile more than drilling towards a measured resource. 90% of drilling by CDN companies is promotion. EC<:-}
