otherbrotherdaryl, please state your case......................

Please elaborate in detail why you feel the stock prices are going down?

and how La Jolla amd AJW are involved... IN DETAIL PLEASE...

I do see that on June 30, 2006, SFnn entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement with AJW Partners, LLC ("Partners"), AJW Offshore, Ltd. ("Offshore"), AJW Qualified Partners, LLC ("Qualified") and New Millennium Capital Partners, II, LLC ("Millennium") for the sale of (i) $1,500,000 in secured convertible notes and (ii) warrants to purchase 60,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock. Partners, Offshore, Qualified and Millennium are collectively referred to as the "Purchasers".

THAT WAS OVER A YEAR AGO. BUT PLEASE STATE YOUR CASE IN DETAIL ... I AM INTERESTED IN WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY ON THIS MATTER REGARDING AJW AND HOW IT FITS IN WITH THE DECLINING PPS.

I also see La Jolle is the name of a town of a 3rd party that SFNN has a loan with in the neighborhood of 132,000.

The loan isn't all that much for only about $132,000.... but please state your case anyhow regarding the La Jolle deal as well and how that fits in with the declining pps.

YOUR RESPONSE IS APPRECIATED

BEST OF LUCK TO YOU OTHERBROTHERDARYL
