Ok, need to share this story about wasabi. My Mother, bless her heart, goes on a trip to Cambodia with my sister and husband. They are going to do Angkor Wat. Unlike me, they stay at the very best hotels. So they have a big buffet breakfast. Mom sees this green stuff, and thinks it's quacamole. So she loads up. I love the wasabi, but I would not eat a tablespoon at a time. I heard there was steam coming out her ears. Lot's of fun on that trip. Wish I'd been there.
