Given that now the government can seize all your assets without warning and immediately, I don't think there are any outs. BUT, if there are outs, then the order is even worse than I thought, because it is ineffective against its real targets. So we have bad law that doesn't even do what it was supposed to.

Say you are right. I hear this is supposed to be a new kind of war that lasts at least for a generation...say 25 to 35 years. Are you willing to have such a law on the books for that long? Before you answer, see my answer to Derek and consider that you cannot trust that every admin during the next 30 years will not abuse the law.
