After Mopeding around Oahu for the last seven years, I know you need to be able to accelerate with cars and do 40MPH in city traffic to be safe. That I can do. I zipped around the island on it my first year here, but not now. It's not safe on roads where traffic is going 65.

So, no golf carts, please.
