The hardest part about "those" days was finding new and innovative ways to pretend you didn't know what you really knew in a way that made people think you did know what you you pretended not to know even though you did truly believe you knew it well enough that you didn't need to pretend as such. OK, maybe that's a bit of an oversimplification, but no more so than what an anonymous person wrote on the conference room blackboard: "If we could just control 1% of the trillion dollar naked shorting market our share price would be ___ times what it is now." Which got me thinking: what does that have to do with birding? - Jeff
